Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Member, upon execution of this agreement, hereby purchases the “Professional” Level Membership to THE BRIDGE ADVANCED ACADEMY for the duration of 12 months. Membership entitles the member to receive unlimited education at a discounted rate for all classes. Membership comes with $150-$300 credit in “Bridge Bucks” that is to be used towards payment for a class of the members’ choice after the 8th month of membership cycle. All “Bridge Bucks” must be used in current membership year and cannot be rolled over or transferred to another party. Membership grants a 15% -20% discount on all formal education with TBAA. Members are also entitled to receive advanced notice via email and the opportunity to pre-register for classes before being released non-members. This membership does NOT assume your attendance in any class, therefore, it is mandatory to still register for your classes at www.thebridgeacademy.net. Registering for a class means that you either place a deposit on the class of your choice or pay in full. If you secure your class with a deposit, the balance is due on the day of the class. Rewards program points have no cash value and expire upon termination of the membership and subject to change with or without notice. All memberships are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The effect of this membership is conditioned upon the receipt of all payments set forth herein. The Bridge Advanced Academy reserves the right to cancel this membership at its discretion. Responsible Party: This is an agreement between member and The Bridge Advanced Academy, LLC and member acknowledges that The Bridge Advanced Academy shall not be liable for any performance, services , liability including unfavorable results of work performed on member’s clients or guests.

PAYMENT POLICY:

I EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE MONTHLY DEDUCTIONS FROM THE ABOVE REFERENCED CREDIT CARD OR ANY REPLACEMENT CARD. Payments will be deducted monthly for a period of twelve months starting on June 1, 2016. Agreement will continue month to month and cancellation will be permitted with 30 days’ notice. The Written Notice of Termination will be on a form supplied by The Bridge Advanced Academy and you may receive and submit the notice via mail, or email. After the Notice of Termination is submitted, one final monthly payment will be charged on the next regularly scheduled payment date.

It is expressly agreed and understood that THE BRIDGE ADVANCED ACADEMY may revoke any membership for non-payment of dues and charges and/or violations of THE BRIDGE ADVANCED ACADEMY rules and regulations by the member. It is also expressly understood and agreed that this is a legally enforceable membership contract, that you have read and understood its terms and agree that all fees are payable in full based upon the terms of your agreement. Any account becomes overdue may be referred to collections for the current balance plus the remaining membership dues owed to complete the initial agreement and any collection expenses or attorney’s fees.

DECLINED PAYMENTS:

Membership will not be activated until full payment has been received.

Member will be notified by email of any outstanding fee and will have 45 days to bring account to good standing by paying the last and current month’s dues on website at www.thebridgeacademy.net

If full payment has not been received within those 45 days your membership record will be set to inactive. Reinstatement is allowed, however there Is a $35 reinstatement fee.

ADMISSIONS POLICY:

No person will be denied membership based upon race, religion, gender, sexual orientation. However, you MUST be a licensed beauty professional or currently enrolled in cosmetology school to become a member. The only classes unlicensed individuals can participate in are the Makeup and Eyelash Extension Classes (as there is currently, no license required to legally perform these services).

REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds on any classes at TBAA, but as a member, you are able to transfer the funds to any class of your choice. Be advised there is a $35 administrative fee each time.
JOB PLACEMENT/STAFFING ASSISTANCE:

The Bridge Advanced Academy does NOT guarantee placement. However, we will refer you to our network of professionals after receiving your Job Post Request; for Salon Level Members and receiving your Resume and Digital portfolio; for Professional Level Members.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:

It is our mission at The Bridge Advanced Academy to exceed your expectations in education 100% of the time! So, we ask that you complete the Evaluation sent via email after the class. Let us know how we are doing! Communication is imperative and we value the feedback of our members.
